Some commercial jobs aren’t quite that good as others, but still provide steady work all year around and pay top dollar. Making $30, $40, $45, $60 even $70 per hour is totally possible doing commercial painting jobs.

Another great way to triple your income is to have add-on sevices that have higher perceived value. For example, drywall and plaster repair. Some of the finest homes can be in need of some drywall or plaster repair due to storms or water damage. These jobs can pay you $30 – $70 per hour and even more because of their perceived value.
