Under Stencil Wipe: Understanding and Optimization – Tech 2 Tech

Music, hello and welcome to tech tech presented by kaisen where we will explore common cleaning questions and answers. Let’s get started I would like to introduce kaizen’s own Jeff.

Dearing welcome and thank you for joining us today for another techto te with Team Kaizen the topic of conversation today is under stencil.

Wiping both basically understanding the process and working with a handful of parameters to make sure we can optimize that process and before we get started.

I’d like to mention that there’s a four part series on our techto te website: titled stencil cleaning series that if you need some more in depth data based on the information I share with you today, please feel free to reference those shorts on The internet that are on our techto Tech website, again titled stencil cleaning series.

Let’s get started.

Our outline today is going to be a four simple step approach.

First, we need to select a chemistry that dissolves the flux.

Next, we’ll need to optimize.

The settings for each chemistry tested based on the fluid delivery system as as well as the paper solvent interaction.

Third, we always want to consider ending the wipe sequence with a vacuum and last we want to make sure we test the chemistry in the printer. Instead of off the printer using SPI testing, as well as an under stencil inspection, what do we need to know about printer chemistry? Well, here we have a simple breakdown of the features of our three options.

Our first option is a solvent based chemistries.

You need to keep in mind that some solvents evaporate quicker than others.

They usually provide a wider range of flux.

Solubility.

You also need to remember the excuse me.

The paper can impact the solvent usage and the biggest issue with solvent based chemistries is not adjusting the default settings, which is something we’ll touch on as we go through this presentation now, moving into water based chemistries, some materials split, the evaporation is not everything And can vary lot again.

The paper absorption rate affects the usage of the water based chemistries.

There’s also a risk of leaving the chemistry on the stencil which can mix with the paste and could cause cross contamination.

This also holds true, when you add water to IPA again, the biggest issue with water based chemistries is not adjusting the default settings and, lastly, we have Ipa. Ipa does not not dissolve many pastes and can cause a gooey mess.

It typically affects the first print after a wipe, sometimes it evaporates too quickly, which also can lead to it consuming more volume than an engineered chemistry.

When you take into account the amount needed to wet the paper and clean plus the evaporation.

Next, I’d like to talk about the common problems.

An engineered chemistry can fix first and foremost, some common solder, paste defects, poor gasketing from flux, buildup and insufficient.

Pads engineered chemistry can help increase your prints between wipes from 1 to two to.

However many we can determine when we work to optimize your process.

It also increases the number of prints between off the printer cleaning and, most importantly, engineered chemistry provides a more consistent transfer, efficiency between prints and wipes.

All of this, even without Nano coatings on your stencils, now let’s take a closer look at some of the limitations of IPA.

We’re all familiar with the no clean fluxes that have changed compet compositions. Lately they can leave flux streaking on the stencil.

They can damage the printer rails and tooling and in some cases they cause a gooey mess.

Like I mentioned before, IPA dries fast again having a higher consumption rate.

It requires more volume to wet the stencil, like I had mentioned before, it can be a poor cleaner.

It dries out apertures, which results in poor print release; it’s not recommended by printer companies and, most importantly, it’s, flammable back to our outline now that we’ve discussed selecting the chemistry that helps dissolve the flux I’d like to discuss In a little more detail, optimizing the settings for each of those chemistries tested based on the fluid delivery system and the paper solvent interaction.

It’s important to understand that 90 of users never change the factory default settings.

What you see here is a simple diagram, as well as a chart of some of the parameters that come default from the factory, a few of them that we like to address there’s, always a Min and a Max, but we need to make sure we Address the wipe speeds for the wet the dry and the vacuum, we also want to address vacuum pressure, and one of our goals is to decrease that wipe frequency.

Without doing all of that, your process can lead to inconsistent printing.

Now, if there’s too much solvent, you’re going to leave excess solvent behind on the bot bottom side of the stencil, and it can mixx with the paste causing defects too little solvent.

Will not effectively remove the flux from the bottom of the stencil or apertures again causing defects. Please keep in mind.

Solvent should be consistent along the entire length of the paper and remember that those settings can be adjusted based on the solvent paper interaction.

The tech tip here is good coverage on your paper is typically somewhere between 15 and 20 millim in width.

Now I’d like to take a closer look at some of our printer solvent settings.

When discussing water based solvents, the default solvent, speed stroke, we found to be effective as well as the default index speed, but when it comes to the solvent speed bar it’s much more effective at 5 in per second, which saturates that paper at approximately 16 Mm in width, this indicates that water based materials may need to have more rotations than solvents to be effective, but less than standard default settings.

When we look at solvent based chemistries, the default solvent, speed, stroke again is effective, as well as the index speed, but we also need to pay attention to the solvent speed bar with solvent based chemistries.

It’s much more effective at 3 in per second, which again saturates the paper at a 16 mm width, but this indicates that solvent based materials may need to have less rotations than the default settings or water based solvents to be effective, and an important note Here is the paper should be damp and not wet.

Now, when discussing the wipe sequence in paper, there’s a few facets that we need to look at one most printers allow the operator to program a variety of wipe.

Sequ is using a wet stroke, a dry stroke and a vacuum step.

The paper that we’re using you need to keep in mind that not all papers are the same. You have your synthetic fiber paper.

You have your natural fiber paper and it’s extremely important to remember that the type of wipe paper can critically impact the speed and the wipe sequence of the process.

You’re handling again.

Why so much talk about the paper? It’s where the paper meets the chemistry or the rubber meets the road.

Each paper type has different absorption rates and properties, and each chemistry has different surface tensions and densities.

Using the right paper can cut your paper and chemistry consumption in half.

Now, let’s look at some simple printer setup tips.

First, we want to check the blades for proper condition and ensure that they’re tight.

Next, let’s confirm the board.

Support is efficient by pressing down on the stencil in solid areas above the board always remember that the wipe recipe for before and after a pause should be wet, wet dry, dry vacuum vacuum. We also need to keep in mind and try to keep the board snug against its rails and, as you,’ll hear again, ending in a vac step is highly recommended to make sure we optimize the process.

So, back to our four simple steps: we’ve selected, the chemistry we’ve discussed, optimizing the settings for each chemistry.

Third, we always want to consider ending the wipe sequence with a vacuum and, lastly, we want to make sure to test the chemistry in the printer rather than off the printer, using SPI testing and under stencil inspection.

When it comes comes to SBI testing, we need to keep in mind two things: qfps show the best.

Bleedout Tendencies and bgas show the transfer issues.

Bgas are considered the best test for improvements when changing variables and if further optimizations needed it can be achieved by exploring alternative wi sequences.

In conclusion, for today, it’s important that we understand the key elements in the solder past printing process and how they interact to make sure we select the ideal chemistry after we do that it’s, pertinent that we maint maintain control of the process.

It’s where most of the rework comes from and it’s where the money is in smt, keep in mind if specific defects continue to occur, follow logical, troubleshooting guidelines and when push comes to shove, make sure you consult your local Kaizen team.

Member for technical support before we finish today, I’d like to make sure we review some frequently asked questions on this topic.

First, how do I know what the best chemistry is for my printer? Well, alcohol is for sure, not the best one. The first step to finding the best chemistry is to get in touch with your Cleaning Supplier, and they can send you in the right direction.

Second, our default settings process parameter recommendations from the manufacturer.

They’re made to change.

You will save a lot of money if you spend time making sure you optimize those settings, as we discussed in this slideshow third, do engineered solvents clean better than IPA.

Absolutely an engineered solvent will help your printer process compareed to the IPA every time, and why is it unsafe to use IPA well, first and foremost, it’s very flammable, but it also does not solub solubilize Pac, as well as in engineered chemistry with current pce Technology thanks again for your time and please feel free to reach out to your team Kaizen representative with any further technical questions or your cleaning needs thanks Jeff, and thank you guys for tuning in this techto Tech session.

If you would like to discuss this topic further or have any questions not answered in the session, please contact your local kaisen regional manager or send an email to Tech, the number2 teen com, and we will have someone fall up with you as soon as possible and If you like, this video, be sure to follow us on our social media platforms for more expert planing content, Music .

How Is Bipolar 1 Disorder Different From Bipolar 2 Disorder | Mental Health Nursing

Let’s talk a little bit about bipolar disorder and the statistics For bipolar 1. It is usually diagnosed equally men and women both equally for bipolar disorder, with a prevalence of 0 4 to 1 6.

The onset, the age of onset that we normally see is about 18 years old.

This differs from bipolar 2, where we normally see women having more bipolar 2 than men And that’s in a prevalence of 5, And we’re seeing a little bit later in life.

In the mid 20’s, Cyclothymic disorder again is equal between the genders and we’re, seeing it between 0 4 and 1 0 And that we normally see an adolescence in early childhood.

So when we’re thinking about the differences between bipolar 1 and bipolar 2, we think about bipolar 1, which is depression and mania that there’s at least one manic episode, and at least one depressive episode major depressive episode that we can identify.

We also want to be able to understand that the depressive episode has to have been either occurring right before or right after the manic episode.

This gives us a much better understanding that this person think about bipolar, is experiencing both depression and mania.

Also that manic episode may have required hospital care And that’s important to understand it is also may require, because not everyone requires hospital care when they are having a manic experience.

So let’s think again when we’re thinking about bipolar 1 and bipolar 2, The bipolar 1 is depression and mania and bipolar 2 is depression and hypomania.

Now manic episodes are usually characterized by exceptional energy. They are restless.

The person has a really hard time concentrating on one thing: they are jumping from one thing to the next.

They have euphoria all the time And they don’t need any sleep.

They have some risky behaviors.

There’s increased sexuality, increased risk taking Oftentimes.

If they are too up, they might be using drugs to try to self medicate, And they also do not sleep.

They can stay awake for days on end Now, if we’re thinking about bipolar 2 with hypomania, not with mania.

Now we have again a sustained mood that’s, elevated, which is our hypomania, And also we end up, seeing that there is that grandiosity that expansive belief that they can do anything they also are able to differentiate, Because when they’re up it’s.

Not just like happiness, It’s not like a normal being up When they are up.

It is very up, And it really is exactly when they are not depressed. There is no period of time in between the two that we’re noticing, where they’re up, and now they have what we call Euthymia, which means a normal mood.

They’re either very up or very sad, So in mania.

That mood is extremely abnormal right And it is usually so much activity and energy, which is also so abnormal, But with hypomania we don’t normally see any of the psychosis that we will see with mania Mania.

They will become paranoid after so much, not sleeping not eating.

There are some real psychotic symptoms that come along with prolonged mania that we don’t see with hypomania.

Now, when you’re thinking about bipolar disorder, you want to make sure that, as these people are going really up and really down that we are watching and trying to help them.

It is such a disruptive feeling to be that high and that low that they cannot continue with their normal life as it is.

They also usually have to have this diagnosis with bipolar disorder that they’ve, had this manic episode and a depressive episode, And otherwise it is not considered bipolar.

1.

Now, with bipolar 2, we can see that depressive episode And again that depressive episode has to be at least 2 weeks long, And then they have also the hypomanic episode. Bipolar disease is more common that we know of with some of the people, who are extremely famous Winston Churchill, suffered from bipolar disease, Mel Gibson and Kurt Vonnegut.

The writer Ernest Hemingway another great writer, Frank Sinatra and Demi Moore all have had bipolar disease and all have come out and been able to help other people with bipolar disease understand that it can be treated So this mania, this manic piece it has to be greater Than a week to be considered manic And they have high distractibility Again this insomnia, they can’t sleep, this grandiose opinion of themselves, taking amazing risks and not being able to stop talking Once they start talking with you, it’s, amazing, If you are taking A history on a person who is manic: it’s really hard to get them to answer your questions easily.

They will give you a full history.

Understanding South Africa’s Genocide Case Against Israel, Part 3: The Evidence

Understanding, South Africa,’s, Genocide Case Against Israel, Part Three, The Evidence Now that we’re up to speed on the context. Let me show you what’s in this 84 page document accusing Israel of genocide.

The case starts right away with their main argument that the acts by Israel are genocidal in character because they are intended to bring about the destruction of the Palestinians, And then they list the genocidal acts in question.

They argue that Israeli officials have been publicly calling for genocide There s an entire section with statements from the Israeli president, prime minister, and the military that South Africa is saying proves this.

This is important because, as we talked about in part, two, the definition legally of genocide must include an explicit intent to destroy Palestinians, Page 30 kind of gets to the heart of this case, Killing over 21 000 Palestinians, including 8000 children, Injuring 55 000 Displacing 85 of The population attacking hospitals and pushing Palestinians to the brink of famine There s obviously much more to this case than I can cover here, and I suggest that you read it on your own .

INSIDE OUT 2 Will Be DIFFERENT

Those are shoes of Doom scary. It’s going to be good. I love this part. Pixar blw our minds back in 2015, when they released inside out, which is undoubtedly one of the best movies. The studio has brought to us to date a psychological Masterpiece that takes a deep deep dive into the complex mechanisms behind human emotions and the difficult process of growing up and facing the unwanted changes of, life this. Movie was so good that it left us wanting more of its complex view to be developed and extended. There was more and more things we would like to see in the second installment, and today we’ll, be discussing them and telling you why we think inside out to will be different. Let’s begin all right. What are we watching Inside Out might be presented as a fantastic story about the view of the insides of the human mind, but it is very much grounded in a real life story: Pixar’s created developer and director Pete doctor had the idea for the movie When he started facing similar problems at home, his daughter Ally was nearing adolescence and the sweet and outgoing char she had all her childhood began to progress towards introversion and uneasiness. Doctor suffered a real period of Stress and Anxiety as the byproduct of his daughter.’s. Growth and estrangement and wanted to reflect on this thought and the creation of the movie about emotions. In the beginning of the creative process, the team was near focused on fear as the driving force of the Mind in his stage of life. But one day he took a walk in the forest doctor realized that it wasn’t fear who was behind the wheel. In such a moment of change and complex lexity, it was sadness that’s where the movie we all came to know and love, took its final form and began inside out through a true exploration of actual emotions being felt and processed by real people. And we can say that the movie was as complex and deep as anyone could expect sure, but it really left us wanting more okay. I have an idea, so if they’re ever making a sequel, we need to have seen the original team on board. That’s, the only way inside out 2, could be both different and entertaining so Pete doctor and the writer director, chair and Ronnie is the co director is a must have. We could also have Michael Behind the Music once again, because his work on inside out’s music was impeccable and, of course, it’s not only about the creative team. We also need to count with a fantastic array of stars that gave life to all of the characters with their voices Park and Recreation star Amy in the role of hyperactive Joy, the office is Phyllis Smith, voicing sadness is only she could do it and, of course, Mindy Bill and LS as disgust, fear and anger respectively, given that we could be seeing an older version of Riley Caitlyn could also be or not be part of the sequel as Riley’s voice it’s. Okay, we get it. You’re the best. Thanks hun see you sweetie, one possible plot for a sequel might have been in front of her eyes. The whole time see it’s, pretty obvious. That Joy is the only emotion in charge of Riley’s head and then sadness takes over the will of, of course, but that’s not the case for everybody else. We get to see the inside of Riley’s, parents and things work very differently in there, so different in fact that we could worry a bit about their mental well being in mom’s head sadness is the one in charge and in Dad’s Head anger is the one running the show we don’t have too much information regarding these two, but we definitely have some Clues. Does the fact that Mom is always disassociating and remember the sexy Brazilian helicopter pilot from her youth tell us that she isn’t happy in her other relationship with Dad. Moreover, sadness is in charge with her mindful time, and this cannot be good for her. On the other hand, dad is emotionally absent too pissing his own head to really listen to Riley and his wife’s. Problems as anger is in charge with him. He can only react with anger instead of involving in a deeper way. This is a bit darker than you expect for a Pixar family environment, but it could be the starting point for a good sequel in which Pixar could dare to go to the more adult territory, while keeping things funny for kids and deal with the complexities of the Adult mind: hey saw a pizza place down the street. Maybe we could try that pizza sounds delicious. We have another possible plot line for inside out too, and this one is even more probable since they practically teased us with it. There’s a moment by the end of inside out when we see a dreaded button called puberty that seems dangerous and ready to wreak havoc once again in Riley’s, mind just imagine all the changes at every level if we get to see Riley going Through that phase, you can imagine the sequel as turning Reds take on female puberty in a girl,’s first period, perod on steroids, with lots of internal emotional drama, translated into specific dynamics of the emotions. The mared of physical, emotional and psychological changes in Riley could be shown in parallel with the situation of absolute chaos in their mind as new emotions try to take over and replace the existing ones in their jobs. That could even be a way to link things with their previous idea about the other people’s minds and explain how people grow up to be so different to the way they were as kids. But is there really a chance to inside out too, or are we just fantasizing about some helicopter pilot? Let’s see um. You know what I realized. Riley hasn’t had lunch, as always is the case with these talks about sequels. We need to Crunch these numbers to see if our hopes for a second installment are well founded or well funded in this case. Looking back at the numbers from 2015’s inside out, we see nothing but good news. The movie earned approximately 357 million only in the United States and Canada, and if we see how it received around the world, things just got better since it grossed 502 million in other countries for total worldwide of 859 million. According to Wikipedia deadline. Hollywood calculated the film’s, net profit as 2, 179, 1 million accounting for production budgets, marketing Talent, participation and other cause box office. Grosses and home media revenues placed it six on their list. 2015’s most valuable block, Busters yeah that’s. What we call a good sign in a world where illuminations minions hit the astonishing amount of 1 59 billion, and with these Financial background we can say it’s safe to bet and make inside out too. We just need to wait and see if the world has actually recovered from the Grim perspectives of the last couple of years, important time in Riley’s, life like when she first scored a goal. That was so amazing. If you wander around the internet, you might end up believing anything. They say about a possible sequel for inside out. Several wikis and fan pages have spread rumors about Inside Out being released in 2022. Some of them even dared to claim a more precise date and talked about June 2022, but, as you can see by the date of this video, those were just the empty rumors. The truth is that, since it was released in 2015, there’s been no official talks about a sequel for inside out, even though audiences were obviously on board with the idea of a sequel, but, as we saw earlier in the video the potential to tell another Good story in this universe is there: we just need to wait for Disney and Pixar to get some time in their hands and hope to look back at this masterpiece and decide to give it a proper conclusion. What do you think we’ll see in the second Inside Out movie? Do you have any wishful thinking already waiting for the sequel? We hope they can develop some of these interesting sequels we thought about and that they could deliver a great quality movie. That would leave us thinking about and about ourselves for years, like the first one anyways that’s all for today,’s, video check the rest of our Channel out for more content about your favorite anime and movies. And, of course, don’t forget to like this video subscribe to our Channel and turn your notifications on by hitting that little bell. If you want to keep receiving awesome content like this, what the heck is that, with broccoli on pizza, that’s it, I’m, done

Understanding Bipolar Disorder

Hi everyone in this video we will
be discussing bipolar disorder   disclaimer this video contains a sensitive topic
it is intended for educational purposes only and   should not be used as a diagnosis please consult
a certified healthcare professional if you have   or think you may have this disorder today we'll be
going over what bipolar disorder is the symptoms   associated with the disorder the three types
causes diagnostic techniques and treatments   so what is bipolar disorder bipolar disorder
is a mental disorder that causes unusual shifts   in mood energy activity levels concentration
and the ability to carry out day-to-day tasks   in canada approximately one percent
of the population over 15 years of age   currently have bipolar disorder individuals
with bipolar disorder have mood episodes which   are extreme and intense emotional states that
occur at distinct times these mood episodes are   categorized as either manic which is categorized
as feeling extremely up hypomanic which is similar   to mania except is less severe or depressive
which is categorized as feeling extremely down   you can think of the three mood episodes as being
on a spectrum with mania and depression being on   opposite ends and normal mood in the middle there
are several conditions that can sometimes be   confused for bipolar disorder such as borderline
personality disorder and schizoaffective disorder   borderline personality disorder although
having similar symptoms is bipolar disorder   is a personality disorder whereas bipolar
disorder is a mood disorder schizoaffective   disorder also has similar symptoms as
bipolar disorder however it also has   schizophrenia symptoms such as hallucinations
or delusions with bipolar disorder does not   people with bipolar disorder can have mania or
hypomania which are two distinct types of episodes   but they have the same symptoms mania is more
severe than hypomania and is more noticeable to   other people and causes more noticeable problems
in day-to-day activities and relationships mania   may also trigger psychosis which is a break from
reality which can then require hospitalization   in order to be categorized as having a manic or
hypomanic episode at least three of the following   symptoms must be present abnormally upbeat jumpy
or wired increased activity energy or agitation   unusual talkativeness exaggerated
sense of well-being and self-confidence   decreased need for sleep
racing thoughts distractibility   or poor and impulsive decision-making depression
is on the other end of the spectrum depressive   episodes cause noticeable difficulty in
day-to-day activities and relationships   in order to be categorized as having a depressive
episode at least five of the following symptoms   must be present depressed mood such as feeling sad
empty hopeless or tearful marked loss of interest   or feeling no pleasure in all or almost all
activities significant weight loss or weight gain   insomnia or sleeping too much restlessness or
slowed behavior fatigue or loss of energy feelings   of worthlessness or excessive or inappropriate
guilt decreased ability to think or concentrate or   indecisiveness or thinking about planning
or attempting suicide there are three main   types of bipolar disorder bipolar disorder 1
bipolar disorder 2 and psychothymic disorder   you can think of the three types as being on a
graph each having a varying severity of manic   and depressive symptoms in bipolar disorder
one at least one manic episode must be present   and may be preceded or followed by hypomanic or
major depressive episodes manic episodes must   last at least seven days or manic symptoms must be
so severe that the person needs immediate hospital   care usually depressive episodes occur as well
and typically last at least two weeks in bipolar   disorder two at least one major depressive episode
and at least one hypomanic episode must be present   in order to be placed into this type the
individual must never have had a manic episode   one thing to note is that bipolar disorder
2 is not a milder form of bipolar disorder 1   but it is in fact a separate diagnosis while
the manic episodes of bipolar disorder 1 can   be severe and dangerous individuals with bipolar
disorder 2 can be depressed for longer periods   which can cause significant impairment in their
daily lives in psychothymic disorder adults must   have at least two years and children and
teenagers must have at least one year of   many periods of hypomania symptoms and periods of
depressive symptoms though less severe than major   depression there are many potential biological
and genetic causes for bipolar disorder in a few   studies conducted where they studied the brains
of individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder   they found that people with bipolar disorder
appear to have physical changes in their brains   other studies show that bipolar disorder is
more common in people who have a first degree   relative such as a sibling or a parent who has the
disorder thus because first-degree relatives share   similar dna there are studies that are trying
to find genes that may be involved in causing   bipolar disorder other than biological and genetic
causes there are also factors that may increase an   individual's risk of developing bipolar disorder
or can act as a trigger for the first episode   these factors include having a first degree
relative with bipolar disorder periods of   high stress such as the death of a loved one or
another traumatic event or drug or alcohol abuse   if you suspect you may meet the criteria for
bipolar disorder or maybe an individual at risk   then it is important to contact a certified health
care professional such as your family doctor for a   diagnosis bipolar disorder is usually diagnosed
during late adolescence or early adulthood but   can also appear in other ages when you meet a
physician they may conduct a physical exam and   lab tests to identify medical problems that could
be possible causes for your symptoms physicians   may also refer you to a psychiatrist that will
conduct a psychiatric assessment the psychiatrist   may give you a self-reported questionnaire or may
guide you through a discussion about your thoughts   feelings and behaviors psychiatrists then may
try to see if you meet the criteria for bipolar   disorder as depicted in the american psychiatric
association's diagnostic and statistical manual of   mental disorders also known as dsm-5 the dsm-5 is
a list of criteria and symptoms that patients must   meet before they are able to be diagnosed with
bipolar disorder or any other mental disorder for   people who are diagnosed with bipolar disorder
there are many treatment options available one   option is medication physicians may prescribe mood
stabilizers to control manic or hypomanic episodes   antipsychotics if symptoms of depression or
mania remain despite treatment with other   medications antidepressants to help manage
depressive episodes anti-anxiety medications   to help improve anxiety and sleep symptoms or
a combination of the medications listed above   another popular option is psychotherapy
also known as talk therapy   psychotherapy involves the patient talking to a
mental health professional about their thoughts   feelings moods and behaviors one type of
psychotherapy is cognitive behavioral therapy   which involves identifying patients unhealthy
negative beliefs and behaviors and finding a   way to replace them with healthy positive
beliefs and behaviors we hope that you learn   some valuable information today regarding
bipolar disorder thanks for watching
