Baby Monitors and EMF: The Hidden Threat in Your Child’s Room

Posted on October 20, 2025 By jamoros61jrk No Comments on Baby Monitors and EMF: The Hidden Threat in Your Child’s Room

I’m sure if you had the opportunity to save a child’s life you would take it. The information provided in this lesson will give you the awareness and knowledge to potentially do just that. I know that may sound extreme but for some children that may just be the case.  So, listen up! One of the most found products in a baby’s room is a baby monitor.

Baby monitors can offer a lot of peace of mind but does that peace of mind come with consequences to your baby’s health. In this lesson I’ll share with you the ugly truth behind most baby monitors and how they are doing more harm than good.

Be sure to watch through to the end to learn how you yourself can win the safest baby monitor in the world. Some new parents believe it is important for safety reasons or even to prevent SIDS to be able to see and hear their newborn in the crib. Other parents just like the idea of being able to monitor their new baby sleep, which I completely understand.

I did want to point out that there are several studies showing that baby monitors do not reduce the risk of or prevent SIDS. That said the bitter truth is that most baby monitors emit a significant amount of harmful EMF which iridates onto baby day and night. In fact, most baby monitors are so harmful that the Building Biology Institute teaches a course focused completely on them, in hopes to make more people aware.

Baby monitors are a big business, and producers constantly try to innovate and upgrade with various functions. Unfortunately, even with all this innovation and upgrading most of the companies are not concerned about the harmful emfs these monitors produce.

Using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or DECT like a cordless phone. Many runoffs the same frequency as a microwave oven or a cell phone and produce very dangerous levels of magnetic fields, electric fields, and radio frequency. Even worse today they are now selling smart diapers and other wearables which the baby is likely going to wear all the time. Parents will buy this thinking about the convenience and not thinking at all about the biological consequences the child will face. I promise you the increase in potential health risks created by products like these  far outweighs any potential convenience.

Look don’t be that parent, that parent who thinks  that smart diapers are cool. I can assure you they are not cool. Not Cool, Not Cool! In my opinion it is completely unacceptable that these products can be sold without warning to unsuspecting parents. This is another reason why I started The EMF Project; to help create this awareness.

Parents should be warned about the massive amount of harmful EMF these baby monitors and other wearables produce so they can know the risks and can make more informed choices.

In 2011 the Parliamentary assembly of the Council of Europe in its resolution 1815 made several recommendations concerning baby monitors including clear warning labels, appropriate risk assessment, and preventative thresholds. Now 14 years later as far as I’m aware none of these recommendations have been implemented anywhere. This is sickening. As I have mentioned in other lessons this is the cigarette fiasco all over again.

After watching this I hope you too will spread awareness and help keep our children safer.

In a separate lesson I discuss why this man-made EMF exposure is such a concern for our children. Links to this video can be found here.

Man-made EMFs affect everyone, but it’s our youngest who are the most sensitive. We do not want to increase our children’s EMF exposure at such a young age, especially when it’s unnecessary.

That’s why I was so excited to come across Beb care, a company that specializes in low EMF baby monitors. Learning more Beb care has been in business for over 25 years and has sold more than 3 million high quality products on five different continents. They have also won several awards including the safest baby monitor by Mothering Magazine. By using technology that was developed in-house called DSR or digital safe radio. Beb care has been able to create top-of-the-line baby monitors that also happen to be low EMF.

A series of tests conducted in a certified laboratory revealed that Beb care baby monitors emit up to 94 to 97% less wireless emissions than your average baby monitor. Under idle circumstances the unique DSR radio module even cuts transmission power to zero.

It is impossible to block or eliminate EMFs completely but a reduction of 94 to 97 % is significant and your baby’s body and mind will notice the difference. The difference will reduce the environmental stress on your baby meaning better sleep for baby and in turn better sleep for you. Baby’s bodies do not understand man-made EMF and treat it like an infection causing their cells to be in a stressed-out state.

By removing unnecessary EMFs from your baby’s environment, you are in away helping to reduce this infection. Children’s short and long-term health really depend on smarter decisions made by parents and Guardians today. I have with me the Bebcare Hear. This is an ultra-low emission audio monitor or the safest baby monitor in the world. It provides two-way communication and crystal-clear audio for up to 2,000 ft or 600 Meters, with a multi-day battery life.

This model does not have a camera which makes this the safest baby monitor available. Beb care does offer monitors with a camera, which emits significantly less EMF than its competitors but still more than this model.  This is one of the reasons why the Beb care Hear is their bestseller. People are wanting to keep their baby as safe as possible from harmful EMF. It also does not require Wi-Fi to work meaning you can keep your Wi-Fi off at night while you are sleeping.

If you’re not already doing this then get on it and get yourself a timer. It’s so easy and your body will greatly appreciate it. I will  include links below to the timers I use at home. If a camera is a must for you then you’d want to consider the Beb care IQ which is equipped with a 1080p high-def camera, 360° pan and tilt capabilities, infrared night vision and a bunch more functions.

The EMF produced by the Beb care IQ is still extremely low for what it can do and is far superior to any of its competitors.

The fact that other monitors are harmful to the child they are supposed to be protecting really makes it a no-brainer as for which monitor to choose. Beb care also produces low EMF air purifiers, nightlights, and music players. All of these high-quality products are available for purchase at the theemfproject.com. With childhood illnesses at all-time highs smart decisions for baby matter on day one.

Speak up, don’t let anyone inflict unnecessary harm on their children. If anyone you know is having a baby and needs a baby monitor make sure, they are getting the safest baby monitor in the world a Beb care monitor. If you or someone you know is already using a baby monitor, then make sure the risks are known and look at replacing it or not using a monitor at all. Keeping our children safe, even from things we cannot see is extremely important.

If you have any questions on ways, you can better protect your children from harmful EMFs, then send us an email we will be happy to answer your questions.

So, as I mentioned earlier, if you’d like to win this monitor all you need to do is like this video and leave a comment! When we hit 500 likes we will pick someone who has provided feedback in the comment section at random. Please now that you have this information share this video to everyone especially those with babies in their family. We want to protect as many children as possible from this unnecessary and consequential EMF exposure. Taking harmful monitors out of the baby’s room will be a huge step in the right direction. Take care and we’ll see you again.

How Did Doctors Not Know About the Risks of Hormone Therapy?

Posted on October 20, 2025 By jamoros61jrk No Comments on How Did Doctors Not Know About the Risks of Hormone Therapy?

“How Did Doctors Not Know About the Risks of Hormone Therapy?” We’ve known about the role of estrogen in breast cancer going back to the 1800’s, when in some cases surgical removal of the ovaries seemed to help. Ovaries were said to send out mysterious influences on the rest of the body, which in 1923 we identified as estrogen. The medical profession jumped on this discovery and started injecting menopausal women by the thousands, shots that gave a respectable hook on which to hang visits to the doctor.

Soon there were pills and patches and medical journals like the Journal of the American Medical Association regaled doctors with ads on how they can help women to happiness by prescribing estrogen.

You could turn this… into that. For when women outlive their ovaries, there was Premarin. As far back as the 40s concerns were raised that this practice might cause breast cancer noting it would have been nice to figure this out first before we started dosing women en masse. But breast cancer risk didn’t matter, because heart disease is the #1 killer of women, concluded reviews, and because women taking hormones appeared to have lower heart attack rates, that would outweigh the extra breast cancer. But women taking estrogen tended to be of higher socioeconomic class, tended to exercise more, and engage in other healthy lifestyle changes like increased fiber intake and getting their cholesterol checked.

So maybe that’s why women taking estrogens appeared to be protected from heart disease. Maybe it had nothing to do with the drugs themselves.

Despite the medical profession’s enthusiasm for the stuff, only a randomized clinical trial could really resolve this question. You split women into two groups half get the hormones, half get a placebo and you follow them out for a few years, but there was no such study..
. until the 1990s, when the Women’s Health Initiative study was designed. Wait a second. Why did it take the bulk of a century to decide to definitively study the safety of something that was prescribed to millions of women? Maybe it’s because there had never been a female director of the National Institutes of Health until then.

Just three weeks after being named NIH Director, she went before Congress to announce, “We need a moon walk for women.” And that “moon walk” took the form of the Women’s Health Initiative study. The bombshell landed Summer 2002 There was so much more invasive breast cancer in the hormone users that they were forced to stop the study prematurely. Yeah but what about heart disease— wasn’t that supposed to balance things out? The women didn’t just have more breast cancer, they had more heart attacks, more strokes, more blood clots to their lungs.

The news that women treated with hormone replacement therapy experienced higher rates of breast cancer, cardiovascular disease, and overall harm rocked women and physicians across the country. Estrogen started out as the most prescribed drug in America before the study, but the number of prescriptions dropped immediately and within a year, so did the incidence of breast cancer in the United States. Here’s the data from California, a nice drop-off in the rate of invasive breast cancer. But the most important part of this story was why were we all so surprised. There had been decade after decade of repeated warnings about the risks of cancer.

In fact, the reason breast cancer patients had so much trouble suing the drug company was that the drugs contained warning labels for decades, and having disclosed it, surely any reasonable physician would have included it in their risk and benefit discussions with their patients.

It’s like the warning labels on packs of cigarettes. If you, get lung cancer now you should have known better. And so, if you got breast cancer, don’t blame the drug company.

They warned you about the risks, right there, clear as day.

Why didn’t more doctors warn their patients? Even after the study came out millions of prescriptions continued to be dispensed. That’s a lot of cancer in our patients we caused, wrote one doctor. How long will it take us to stop listening to the drug companies, admit that we are harming many of our patients, and start changing our prescription habits? Why did this practice continue in the face of mounting evidence of harm?

Well, it is a multibillion-dollar industry.

Despite an overwhelming amount of evidence to the contrary, many physicians still believe that estrogenic hormones have overall health benefits, non-evidence–based perception that may be the result of decades of carefully orchestrated corporate influence on the medical literature. Dozens of ghostwritten reviews were published in medical journals to promote unproven benefits and downplay the harms of menopausal hormone therapy. They paid PR companies to write the articles and then pass them off as written by some expert. So, gynecologists must switch allegiance from eminence-based to evidence-based medicine, consider what the science actually says and not just what some so-called expert says.

One might say the current culture of gynecology encourages the dissemination of health advice based on advertising rather than science.

Women were placed in the way of harm by their physicians, who acted as unsuspecting patsies for the pharmaceutical companies. If we really wanted to prevent heart attacks in women, simple lifestyle behaviors can eliminate more than 90% of heart attack risk. So instead of being big pharma’s pawns, recommending a healthful diet, increased exercise, and smoking cessation would truly benefit women’s health.

3 Red Flags He’s An Emotionally Immature Man

Posted on October 20, 2025 By jamoros61jrk No Comments on 3 Red Flags He’s An Emotionally Immature Man

– So what should you look for when it comes to someone who’s emotionally mature enough to really co-create the partnership that you want or they’re too emotionally immature to really get there with you? Today, we’re gonna look at three signs that this guy is an emotionally immature man. Check it out. Hey there, this is Mat Boggs and I’m the founder of the Love and Relationships Division here at the Brave Thinking Institute where our mission is empowering people to create and live a life they love, and that includes your love life. So, I encourage you, if you like this video, click that subscribe button and click the little bell because every week we bring you content to empower you in your love life.

And today we’re looking at signs that are indicators early on that someone really isn’t emotionally mature enough to create the partnership, the depth of the partnership that you are really looking for because the faster you can spot these signs, the more pain you can save yourself and him later on.

Ultimately, what you’re really looking for is someone who’s aligned with you mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and it’s not just emotionally, but they’ve got the emotional strength, the emotional depth to be able to partner with you in life and that’s not something that you can get by reading a book, just like you can’t get in shape by reading a book about gym exercises. Emotional strength actually comes from doing the work, cultivating that depth of strength and emotional maturity inside.

And so, I’m going to share with you three signs right now. The first sign is he is quick to blame others.

You see, someone who’s emotionally immature lives from a state of being where they place their point of power outside themselves. In other words, they interpret life as happening to them. It’s never their fault, it’s always somebody else’s fault, the traffic’s fault, a family member’s fault, their roommate’s fault, their boss’s fault, always if something bad is happening is because something else outside of themselves is afflicting them.

That is a classic victim mentality. So, notice this.

Notice when you’re dating a guy and something doesn’t go right, something like the food is late or the food is wrong or traffic is bad or something’s going wrong, what is their knee-jerk reaction? Because that’s really what you’re looking for here. Are they quick to blame other people? You see, it’s easy to appear emotionally mature and conscious and spiritual and all of these things when everything’s going great.

It’s easy to come from gratitude when you’re having wins and things are abundant and prosperous and you’re healthy.

The question becomes when you’re facing a diagnosis or someone you love is facing a diagnosis or you lose someone or life happens, like you’re experiencing something traumatic or just experiencing something irritating, right, like traffic, how does that person respond in those moments? Let me give you an example of this.

A client of mine set up a date with this guy. He actually asked her out on a Monday and said, “Hey, let’s get together at this time, “at this restaurant on Friday afternoon “and we’ll grab some lunch” and she was like, “Great.” And they talked on the phone just a couple of times and so he makes the plan Monday.

All week he doesn’t reach out to her, he doesn’t call her, he doesn’t text her, she’s not hearing from him, and so on Friday, she texts him and says, “Hey, are we still on for Saturday?” She doesn’t hear back, so she doesn’t show up. Saturday comes, the date, the time comes, she doesn’t show up. She’s like, “Clearly, this guy isn’t gonna show up.” He texts her so mad ’cause he showed up to the restaurant at the time that they had originally agreed upon and his whole text was like, “Where are you?

“I can’t believe you’re standing me up. “I”I can’t believe this; I can’t believe that.” And she’s like, “Hey listen, “I texted you yesterday and I didn’t hear from you, “you didn’t talk to me all week. “I’m not supposed to just show up “if someone’s not confirming “that we’re actually going to be there.” So, their rules for communication were different, right?

This isn’t placing blame that his rules were wrong or her rules were wrong, but what’s fascinating is, she was willing to take responsibility in saying, “Hey look, I didn’t show up, yes, “and I had agreed and you didn’t communicate with me, “we both have a role in this,” and he was full on in blame mode.

“I can’t believe you, how would you do this to me, “this is so rude,” instead of owning like, “Yeah, maybe I could have sent you some communication, “maybe I could have responded to your text.” So, it’s actually a good thing that she didn’t show up on that date because I think she saved herself a whole lotta time with a guy that she wouldn’t end up with anyway ’cause he didn’t have the level of emotional maturity to be a true partner with her.

Because here’s the deal, the emotionally mature guy is going to own his part, he’s not going to be quick to just blame other people. He’s going to own whatever part he has in co-creating that circumstance and look for ways to actually make it better.

The second thing that an emotionally immature person tends to do is they let circumstances control their mood, they let outside events dictate how they feel.

This is also a victim position in life where, if their favorite team wins, they’re happy, if their favorite team loses, they’re pissed off and frustrated. If they have a win at work, they’re happy, if things at work are going bad or challenging, they’re feeling angry, they’re feeling irritable. Now, it doesn’t mean that if you’re emotionally mature, you don’t let anything in the outside world affect you, no, but what you’re looking for here is the depth and the duration that someone is affected by outside events. The emotionally mature person, they’re gonna have a challenge at work, they’re gonna have a tough day at work, and they’re able to process it and they’re able to keep perspective and they say, “Yeah, it was a really tough day at work” and then they’re able to collect themselves and they’re able to shift and still have a good night.

The emotionally immature person, like traffic will just send them into a bad mood, something else will send them into a bad mood and they won’t recover for hours. Their favorite team loses that day, the rest of the day is ruined, right? So, look for someone who, if their circumstances are dictating, determining their mood, that’s not a sign of someone who’s got a lot of emotional strength. Someone who has strength is gonna feel the emotion, but then be able to shift it, rise above it, and find the good and co-create something even better.

And the third attribute that you’ll see in someone who’s not emotionally mature is they will try to punish you instead of communicating their feelings.

When their feelings get hurt, they will punish you in certain ways. And so, usually how this looks is they will tend to withdraw their love from you if they’re feeling hurt, if they’re feeling criticized, if they’re feeling in a way where they don’t feel good in the relationship because of something they perceive that you’ve done, like you’re the perpetrator, you’re at fault for this, and they feel hurt, then they’re going to try to get back at you and they punish you.

Let me give you an example of this. Let’s just say you were at a party with this guy and you’ve been dating for a while and your friends are all there and you make a comment about how the last few times he has tended to be late and you hope he’s not the kind of guy who’s late all the time and you kind of call him out in front of his friends, and he feels embarrassed, he feels hurt about that. The emotional immature guy will do a few things.

One is he might try to stonewall you or give you the silent treatment. He’s like, “I’m just not gonna be around you, “I’m just not gonna talk to you,” but he doesn’t tell you what’s wrong, he doesn’t tell you what’s going on, right? The second thing that he’ll do is then when it’s something fun for you, he will be in a bad mood, he will try to sabotage something fun that you have going on, like when it’s your big moment, it’s all about you, it’s not about him, he’ll try to draw the attention to him being sulky, being in a bad mood, being sad.

He’ll try to absorb the attention of that moment, bring it to him instead of just being there to celebrate you or he’ll get really critical of you. The third is he will attack you, be critical of you, and you’re not sure why, what did you do?

He’s not willing to communicate. On the other hand, the emotionally mature guy, it doesn’t mean he’s not upset, doesn’t mean he won’t get angry, but it does mean he will come to you and say, “Hey look, when you said this, I felt embarrassed, “I felt angry, I felt like that’s not how I want us to be “in a relationship. “I don’t wanna call each other out on our weak points “in front of other people. “Let’s have an agreement “that if there’s something that you’re not liking “that I’m doing, “tell me I’m private and we can work on it” and he’ll create a new agreement with you.

So, at the end of the day, when you’re with someone, these are beautiful indicators because this isn’t something that just changes overnight.

It’s not something that you can have a conversation with someone who’s emotionally mature and say, “Hey, can you just be mature?” Like, it doesn’t work that way. They’ve actually gotta do the reps, just like being physically strong, there’s an emotional strength that comes from doing the reps, having the awareness, and then doing the reps.

And so, my wish and hope for you is that you are able to spot someone who’s not a good partner for you, who doesn’t have the emotional strength to be with you and release them so that you make room for the guy who is emotionally mature, the guy who does want that partnership with you, the guy who does winna go deep with you because that guy exists and that relationship is amazing and it’s yours in store for you. So, my question for you is, “What are the signs that you have seen “when someone’s emotionally immature?

” Go ahead and post that in the comment section below. I believe in you, I appreciate you. Thanks for watching, I’ll see you soon.
