Well, this might seem farfetched but at the same time, there’s beauty in being open minded. Maybe XRP will never actually hit that $50,000 mark but we never know what comes with the new financial system. When we finally witness the great reset, we might see a minimum of four digits in XRP.
All this possible, but keep in mind, no one truly knows what the future holds.

In more interesting news today, we have a tweet from Digital Pound Foundation talking about how CBDCs will play a critical role in the new global financial infrastructure that blockchain technologies will undoubtedly underpin. They further say that but for a truly global system to work, interoperability is key.
And in this, they have tagged Ripple. Seems like they are not hiding anything anymore at this point. We have said severally that Ripple and XRP will have a great future and when we start seeing these kinds of things, we know for sure that we are a step closer to global dominance.
On the same, we have another tweet from Steads that quotes the CEO of Ripple Brad Garlinghouse saying, ‘We are focused on tackling CBDCs as the future of fiat. Key to this will be our work with central banks that support the direct exchange of CBDCs on XRPL using XRP as a bridge currency.” As we all can tell by now, CBDCs will be a major player in the new, modern global financial infrastructure that will be underpinned by the blockchain technologies.
On top of that, we can see that Ripple is included in the Digital dollar project, according to a tweet by Anderson. In this tweet, he posts an extract from the Digital Dollar project that shows DDP announced that the launch of its Technical Sandbox Program is in place to jump start further exploration of technical implementation of a US Central Bank Digital Currency.
The program is slated to begin in early October with inaugural cohort focused on cross boarder payments. Further on the Digital Dollar Project, we can see that Accenture, yet another Ripple partner is the lead on the discussion on a Central Bank Digital Currency with the Digital Dollar Foundation. Since the end of 2020, we have been talking about CBDCs and now everything is coming together so beautifully. Things get even more interesting as we can see that Christopher Giancarlo the co-founder of the Digital Dollar Foundation public stated that he doesn’t think XRP is a security. This goes to show you that it wouldn’t be surprising to know that all these institutions are allies behind the scenes.
As we ponder on that, let’s listen to some comments Brad Garlinghouse made when asked what plans Ripple has for the future. XRP powers one of the most innovative technologies that is transforming the global financial space. We’ll continue seeing companies, developers, institutions and individuals around the world use XRP and XRPL due to its extra ordinary utility. As we’ve heard from Brad himself, apart from cross-border payments, Ripple might be working on other use cases by utilizing the efficiency of XRP Ledger, such as security settlements and insurance settlements.

With this new service, Japanese-based companies will be able to speed up their Web3 business development. The project’s goal will be to educate Japanese businesses about Web3-related use cases and to promote their development.
It will hold camps and workshops in San Francisco to generate new Web3 business ideas. The company will also conduct research on the most recent trends and developments in the industry. Ripple has been a significant fixture in the Japanese market for quite some time.
It collaborated with SBI Remit, the country’s largest money transfer provider, last year to improve cross-border payments to the Philippines. Ripple considered relocating its global headquarters to Japan before deciding to remain in San Francisco, according to U.
